J Tech Solutions provides IT consulting, support, cybersecurity, installations, training, and related technology services. All services are subject to availability, acceptance, and clear agreement on deliverables.

All services must be paid for in full based on the terms listed on your invoice, quote, or agreement. Subscription services (e.g., monthly IT support or Virtual IT Director services) auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of service or collection action. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the agreed-upon amount for services rendered.

We do not offer refunds for completed services, digital downloads, or current subscription periods. However, we may issue a partial refund or credit for services not yet delivered, duplicate payments, or cancellations made before the start of work. See our Refund Policy for full terms.

Clients are expected to cooperate, provide accurate information, allow appropriate access to systems, and follow best practices as recommended. J Tech Solutions is not responsible for missed deadlines, security risks, or service failures due to incomplete client participation or third-party limitations.

All information exchanged is confidential. We will not disclose your data, business details, or internal documents unless required by law or permitted by your written consent. Similarly, clients may not share J Tech Solutions' proprietary tools, documents, or strategy guides without permission.

All materials, documentation, reports, and tools developed by J Tech Solutions remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You are granted a license to use deliverables for your internal business use only.

All services are provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee any particular outcome, performance level, or security result. We will not be liable for third-party software failures, service outages, client-side errors, or issues outside of our control. In no case will our liability exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Pulaski County, Arkansas.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Your continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of those changes.
