1. Service-Based Refunds
Refunds for services are limited and handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, no refunds will be issued for:

Consulting hours already delivered

Security audits or network assessments that have already been initiated or completed

Software licensing or third-party service costs we paid on your behalf
However, we may offer partial refunds or credits under the following conditions:

If a service was paid for but not delivered due to our scheduling or internal error

If cancellation was requested before any work has begun

2. Digital Products and Subscriptions
Refunds are not offered for downloadable files, policy templates, or digital reports once delivered. Subscription services (e.g., IT support plans or Virtual IT Director services) may be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
You may avoid future charges by canceling your subscription at least 3 days before the renewal date.
3. Hardware or Equipment Sales
If J Tech Solutions supplies hardware (e.g., phones, cameras, routers) as part of an installation:

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.

A 15% restocking fee may apply.

Custom orders, special configurations, or opened products are not eligible for return unless defective.
